Instructions for Listing Names of Doctoral Candidates in the Commencement Program

Doctoral candidates who will defend their dissertation on or before Friday, April 18, 2008 will be listed in the Commencement Bulletin.  Individuals who plan to defend between April 21, 2008 and June 13, 2008 must notify their departmental Graduate Program Assistant(s) to add their names to a list of probable Spring 2008 doctoral graduates.  This list must include the student's name, the student's number, Supervisory Committee Chair, and proposed title of the dissertation (this can be modified for final submission).

The list must be sent to Graduate Student Services, G-1 Communications Building, Box 353770, no later than Friday, April 18, 2008 in order to have the names included for the June 2008 Commencement Program.
