Welcome to your department's view of MyGradProgram (MGP)

Only authorized faculty and staff users who are registered with the Graduate School have access to this Program view.  A valid UW NetID and SecurID are required to access your department's applicant and student information.  Faculty and administrative information (including GSFEI and Exit Questionnaire Summary Reports) only require a valid UW Net ID.  To request access to MGP, submit the MGP Access Authorization form to the Graduate School.  If you have questions regarding authorization, please e-mail mgpinfo@u.washington.edu 
 

The new admission deadline feature (hard/soft deadlines) is now available
in the Unit Profile

Official transcripts can now be be uploaded into the applicant detail and
receipt dates can be indicated on the applicant tracking materials page

Top Scholar Award (TSA) funds must be allocated in MGP by September 30th
