Academic Journal Policy Database

Description
Graduate students who are considering publishing an electronic thesis or dissertation (ETD) should consider the implications this may have on their ability to publish their research in peer-reviewed journals. The University of Cincinnati has created a web site that provides links to journal publisher's policies that relate to elecronic publication of a thesis or dissertation before and after journal submission. The AJPD seeks to provide a trusted journal publishing resource to graduate students, clearing up the misconceptions about specific publishers and their policies on ETDs.

The University of Cincinnati led the project but the issues and discussions are occurring around the world.
