Integrative Approach to Research into Everyday Clinical Problems

Description

At Malmö University's School of Health and Society, the Department of Nursing's emphasis is on research into everyday clinical problems. The education and research activities of the School of Health and Society are based on a broad interpretation of the terms health and society. The most important part of our work is to contribute knowledge so as to preserve, support, and promote people's physical, psychological, and social health.

Our aim is to emphasize the connection between a person's health and the environment in which they live. In our program there is close collaboration between the health care services, social authorities, the biomedical industry, and other sectors of the community. Our integrative approach attracts nursing students from around the world and provides a new generation of nurses with the best possible Ph.D. in nursing.
