Title

Ph.D. in Leadership and Change

Description

Antioch University has begun offering a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change for working professionals. This is a high quality academically rigorous program within a non-traditional, intensive residency delivery model. The curriculum, which integrates theory, practice, and reflection, is anchored to a core interdisciplinary curriculum in leadership & change, and inquiry/research skills, and an individualized curriculum in the professions, which students design in collaboration with faculty. Students are required to design and complete an organizational change project as well as a research-based doctoral dissertation. This is a competency-based program.

The program is offered by Antioch University. The residencies, four a year for each of the three pre-Candidacy years, are held at Antioch campuses around the country.
