Title

Doctoral Consortium on Internationalization

Description

A number of universities provide doctoral consortiums on internationalization of major disciplines. The University of Washington hosts such a consortium for Ph.D.s. in accounting. Five other top schools (UCLA, Michigan, Texas, Duke, and Purdue) host similar consortia workshops for other disciplines such as marketing, organizational behavior, and human resources management. The purpose of the consortia is to acquaint Ph.D. students with international elements to consider in their research and teaching program
