Dissertation Workshop

Description

As part of our effort to provide professional development opportunities for graduate students, the Office of Graduate Studies holds a "Dissertation Workshop". This workshop introduces doctoral students to many of the issues and problems encountered in the process of "doing a dissertation." It focuses on strategies for undertaking and completing a dissertation, as well as tips for students in particular disciplines. The first portion of the workshop may be of interest to students at any point in their doctoral programs; the second portion is especially useful to students who already have begun to write their dissertations.
