The AAHE WebCenter provides
reports from campuses engaged in activities to support
teaching and the scholarship of teaching and learning,
resources posted by campuses participating in the Campus
Program of the Carnegie Academy for the Scholarship of
Teaching and Learning, references from teachers and scholars
committed to improved teaching and the scholarship of
teaching, and a recommendations system that puts scholars in
touch with one another and with materials that might be of
interest to them.
To visit the WebCenter,
participants go to http://aahe.ital.utexas.edu.
One can log in as guest to view parts of the site. If one's
campus belongs to the Campus Program, participants can log
in with their e-mail addresses and a personally selected
password, and participate in the Messages section in
conversations about teaching and the scholarship of
teaching, download resources, add resources, and do the same
with references. The more that participants use the
WebCenter, the more opportunities they have for receiving
recommendations.
