Careers Information Services

Description

With the support of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, eleven professional societies developed a set of materials aimed at providing students with career information. Unified around nine highly interactive CD-ROMs, the materials include brochures, videotapes, and World Wide Web pages as well as CD-ROMs. The products are designed to give students realistic perspectives on professional careers in science and engineering. The societies cooperated to develop some commonality in their Web and CD-ROM formats.
