Career Development Workshops

Description

Brandeis University offers a progressive series of Career Development Workshops for graduate students. Topics include "The Curriculum Vitae," the "Teaching Portfolio," and finally, "Beyond the Ivory Tower" to help students explore how their skills and interests can be redirected toward non-academic careers. In addition, workshops on grant funding in various disciplines are presented by librarians specializing in each discipline with the goal of introducing students to web-based resources to assist them in underwriting their research and making progress toward the completion of their degrees.
