Biotechnology Externship

Description

The Biotechnology Externship is an optional course offering for doctoral students in Molecular and Cellular Biology, an interdisciplinary graduate program. The externship encourages doctoral students to work in a local biotechnology company during the summer following their first year in the MCB program. The purpose of the externship is to expose students to life and research in biotechnology companies at an early enough stage in their studies so as to help them in making future career decisions.
