To what extent were activities that were desired not available? For example,
if a particular activity that was not available to most of the respondents
was stated that it would have been helpful by most of the respondents,
that would represent the greatest mismatch between desire and provision. In
the chart below, the "Desired Rank" is in order of desire (most
desired = rank 1) and the "Not Provided Rank" is in order of most
often not provided last (= rank 15).
