Program reviews are mandated by the state and the University of Washington administration. All reviews are conducted in cooperation with the Office of the Provost and deans of the 16 schools and colleges. Reviews of existing programs are generally conducted on a 10-year cycle. A shorter review cycle occurs for new programs or in response to recommendations of program review committees or college/school deans. The Office of Academic Programs reports to the Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board on program reviews conducted each academic year. ***Please note: deadlines for submission of the Self-Study document to the Office of Academic Programs are:
September 1 for Autumn Quarter site visits |
